Panela Restaurant is a family owned and operated Colombian restaurant. Panela is the Spanish word for raw cane sugar, which is widely produced in Colombia and featured as a key ingredient in many items on the menu. Each dish at Panela is a modern take on traditional Colombian cuisine, inspired by the many diverse regions of the nation, their people and their cultures.
Chef Viviana modifies the menu with each season, constantly creating new and exciting flavor experiences. Panela also features a full bar, welcoming environment, and regular free events like salsa classes and karaoke. Come on in and send your taste buds on a trip to Colombia, you won’t be disappointed!
